| - | Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

| - | Solid sales and marketing / sales engineer experience in building services industry, preferably in project sales management

| - | Good relationship with utilities company or property developers, contractors and consultants

| - | Excellent presentation and inter-personal skills, attention to details and customer oriented

| - | Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
