| Job Description |
| - | Based in India (Delhi), you will be heading some mega integrated operating plants and also green field steel projects. You will prepare a business plan for different steel projects in India & overseas and ensure that it is achieved by employing suitable technology & business strategies and also be responsible for setting up very large integrated green field steel plants & expansion of many of their
|
| - | existing projects.
|
| - | Additionally, you will be responsible for bringing the plant in the direction of best layout, best technology and best process route and optimized productivity for quality steel at the most competitive operating cost. You will also conceptualize the green field project from sketch to delivery, starting from project engineering such as basic and detailed engineering, selection of the technology, selection of the equipment procurement, construction / erection, commissioning, operation and stabilization of the coal based, Gas based, Iron and Steel making units.

| Requirements |
| - | The ideal candidate must be an Engineering graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Metallurgical with 25-30 years of international experience with strong interpersonal & people management skills, customer / client orientation and organizational skills. Proficiency in Project Coordination computer software will be preferred. Fluency in English is a must.
