| Job Description |
| - | Based in India (Delhi), you will head the Energy SBU and marshal a team for crystallizing the vision and mission of the Company, providing leadership to the Power Business of the Group and taking charge of all planned Green Field Power Projects in India and their implementation as per Cost & Time budgets. Additionally, you will look into institutionalizing efficient processes in the Project Environment without compromising Project urgencies and exigencies to all concurrent Projects; liaison with all Directors and Heads of Project Finance Teams to ensure timely actions for providing all relevant information to Banks and other stakeholders and build a competent Team for the smooth operation of the Power Plant. You will be responsible for concept to commissioning of the project. |

| Requirements |
| - | To qualify, you must be an Engineering graduate in Mechanical/Electrical with at least 20 years of experience in heading coal based mega power projects. Strong interpersonal & people management skills, teamwork, leadership & decision making, creativity & innovation in operations & systems, customer / client orientation and organizational skills are a must to succeed in this role at all interfaces. Proficiency in Project Coordination computer software will be preferred. Fluency in English is must. |
